what about Shout
The shout spray worked amazingly well on FI's clothes when he was driving a tow truck. The spray got out all that yucky grease and oil

When you get home - you can usually put just a dab of peroxide on it and then wash it right off - hydo peroxide - supposedly disolves blood.
But I would try seltzer if you can get your hands on some

the peroxide has oxygen in it which eats organic material - rubbing alcohol probably won't work

I put a lil saline solution too lol just putting whatever I find in my desk! its lighter now and yellowish but not as noticeable

I'd be careful with the saline solution - it might set the stain...but if it's already pretty faint then its probably not set...

If its still wet, put salt on it to let it get 's.ucked' out by salt. Or else, wash it in cold water asap

I have used H202 (hydrogen peroxide) and that has worked. A lady in Life Uniforms once told me that rust remover that you can get at home depot removes blood stains, BUT..I dont know if it will ruin regular clothing. She was suggesting it to get blood out of scrubs. I would try it on a hidden piece of material first.
