Ok. so it is 100 degrees here in Virginia today and there is no way I am going to cook. However, I have had salad practically every day for the past month for lunch, so I just don't want that for dinner tonight. Any suggestions (preferrably under 8 points)??

Do you have a subway near you? they have 5-6 different 6 inch subs that are under 7 points each...
