at this rate im so frustrated all I can picture is pepto pink with lace and butt bows

You should look at it in different colors to be able to see the actual style. If you think its fugly then just remember, its your wedding and you will have to look at those pics forever lol You don't wanna be looking at fugly dresses forever do you?

did you try davids bridal? they are inexpensive for the most part and have a big selection. i have my MOH in long and my girls in tea leangth and they are all the same color

I've been bm dress shopping twice already. I only went with my MOH so she can try everything on and so I can see what they look like in person on a real person. I'm going to pick about 3-4 dresse that I really like. Then I'm going to take a vote from the whole party to see which one we'll have. Then I'm picking the color from whats available. Like this I don't have too many interfering opinions and they will still feel as if they played a part in picking the dress. Maybe you should try this... HTH

MAKE her try on dresses! lol Tell her she's the manekin for the day! I think she needs to be a bit more sensitive to the fact that its not her wedding and what makes you happy should be what goes
