Help with Calligraphy fonts..Plz

am trying to apply the calligraphy for my wedding address labels. I know that you can download fonts from www.dafonts.com but after you download them, how do I get to the font n use them for my labels.??

I know it probably something really easy and I am just not getting it...Any Help would be greatly appreciated..

TIA

After you have them downloaded..what you have to do is:

GO to:
Start
Settings
Control Panel
then go to the font file and drag the font in there.

Usually a little window pops up on my computer saying that the file is downloaded. If you click on the font file, when it opens there is an option to extract files. Extract files to C drive --> Windows---> Fonts.
