Help with COlor Scheme

I'm still looking for bm dress colors.... really wanted red rose theme and trying to work around it /o doing black dresses.

What do you think of this color... i think it is a silver/platinum....

How do you think it would look with red roses (black magic)?

it;s telling me the pics are too big- i can't figure out how to make smaller.

just my opinion but I think a silver dress might be too much.... (but that's my taste)

I think silver dresses tend to photograph as white. That picture kind of looks like 3 brides.

i really like that color. honestly, when you said silver i imagined something a little more loud and shimmery for some reason. but those look very understated and elegant. and they would look great with red roses. the only issue is probably the photographing as white thing. the dresses do look whitish when photographed. but then again, you can still tell they're silver, especially with the white strip on the top as contrast.

We are doing all black magic roses and are having antique gold dresses - you can see the color on the vera wang site. A friend of mine did chocolate brown dresses with black magic roses, which was also really nice.

I like the silver you picked too, but it may look white in pictures; and if your gown is off-white or ivory it may make your gown almost look dirty in comparison. Everybody told me this because my gown is off-white and they said to make sure my FH's shirt was not white for this reason.

I think black would be better as well, unless you go with a deep silver- almost like a dark grey!

I too thought you wear talking about a louder color, but these are nice. I think black is better though. Both would work well with the roses.

We did BM's in black dresses with deep red BM roses and rose bouts for the men and it photographed with the POP I really was hoping for. I carried deep purple mini callas (no greenery on any bouquets--just a pop of color) and groom bout was of same. Looked great, IMHO.
