HELP with DIY Candle

Does anyone have any idea what type of glue I should use to glue the vellum and ribbons to my memory candle and unity candle?? I dont want the glue to show through.

Any help would be so appreciated!!! I am trying to get this done today!

I have some glue dots for sale. Its in my For Sale album.
I bought it at Michaels.
