HELP: I wanted to have some fun and try designing my own monograms. I'm going to go buy a program tonight and have no idea which one to buy. Any suggestions????
Also, do you go to cinkos to have tags and stuff printed out or do you diy?????

you don't have to buy a program. you can use word or powerpoint on your computer. there's a tutorial if you do a quick search on this site on how to design your own monogram. it's really easy.

yeah .. I agree ... I did my place cards for the engagement party on word and they came out great ... if you have the time and paitence then do it yourself they'll come out the way you want them with yourown personal touch.

you can print them at home if you're willing to spend some time on it. regular cover text paper will do. there are a bunch of online sites that sell paper, stationary, and stuff for you to make your own programs, menus, invitations and whatever you may need. check the diy section of this website!
