Help With Excel . . . .

I am using an online tool to help track my guest list. I know how to export my list to excel...but I can't figure out how to make a decent, legible list.

I would like to print my guest list only including the guest name & address. . . . . not including the other information.

Can anyone help me?

What does it look like in Excel now? If you have what you want in the columns that you want (in my spreadsheet, I have GUEST OF, NAME, ADDRESS in the first three columns) and I can print just those columns by highlighting all the data in those columns. From the FILE menu, choose SET PRINT AREA, and that will print only what you've highlighted.
