My lease is up in two months - now I have a jeep grand cherokee - but I decided to go for a car this time around - save some money on gas.
I am so confused - I really don't know what I want. We have seen the accord, altima, tsx (acura), and we still need to see the volvo's, infiniti's and audi's.
We need to get leather seats (With a baby on the way) and have enough room for baby stuff in the trunk. But when going to leather - it makes a lot of the 'Affordable' cars closer in price to the more luxury cars. So do we splurge the extra $50 a month and get a higher end car?
Does ANYONE have any words of advice? Can you suggest a car that I shoud look at that I didn't mention - or stay away from one I did?
I am so confused as to what I want/need!

Re: Help with finding a car!
I have a Honda Accord, but a coupe, you will need the sedan. I love my car!!!!!! And to be honest, it was really just as expensive as if I would have bought a BMW!
However, I am sure the service is cheaper, but a lot of times, higher end cars include the service which in the long run, saves you $$$.
Higher end also gives you a loaner car when you have service done, and that is a BIG plus when you have a baby to worry about!
I would check out the BMWs and Volovs, and even the Audis. I think the Acuras are a little expensive, you may as well buy a Honda! I like my car better than my brother's TL and he pays so much more than me!
If you are interested in a Honda, FM for a great place.
Good Luck!

Re: Help with finding a car!
I really like VW's. They actually have the same chassis and a lot of the same components as Audis for a cheaper price.
I've heard the new Jetta is roomier and has more trunk space.
When I bought my VW lit was about $1000 for leather interior with heated front seats, side mirrors and windsheild wiper nozzles

i love my 04 A4. i LOVE LOVE LOVE it. its safe and roomy but tons of great features.
my lease is $400 a month and 1600 down. i bought mine at audi of greenwich which i found to be a MUCH better deal than audi of huntington.
consider shopiping for your car in CT- less sales tax and the greenwich audi dealer has the biggest stock in the WORLD - which is a fact.
good luck!

You have to pay the sales tax where you are registered.

Re: Help with finding a car!
Love my Accord. I have the 4cyl EX with leather and roof. I didn't put anything down. I never would on a lease. The leasing is very attractive. I've had 6 Accords so far.
