Help with finding Cover-up for My Dress!

Being it's so cold this week and our Wedding is taking place a year from today, I was thinking. My Wedding Dress is a Halter dress and we are suppose to have an outside ceremony! Has anyone seen anything like a lace coverup jacket kind of thingie to wear over if it's that cold on our wedding day? My dress is Ivory with a lot lace undertones and we are having a Celtic wedding.
And would you LADIES put one over your dress?
