Help with glass candle holder labels

Hi Girls! I bought a bunch of glass votive candle holders for the tables and I know I've seen pictures on here of similar candle holders with some sort of labels around them....is there a template for this? Once I figure out how to make the label thing, how do I stick it onto the glass? TIA

I think what you saw was vellum paper overlay. You can print it right from your home computer and cut it down to fit your candle holders. Depending on the size of the votives you may be able to utilize a label template in MS Word to get a few out of each sheet. I've always used double sided clear tape to fasten them on. It works well.
