Help with Groomsman Gifts

Help with Groomsman Gifts

We have two bestmen and one groomsman.
His brother (BM) does not drink, and does not have a job. This eliminates so many of the 'cool' gifts we've seen for men.
We want to get him something special that he can keep, even though he's not very sentimental or anything.

Our other BM shouldn't be too hard to get for. He's a grad student and he drinks so the flask or mugs or whatever will work with him.

Our groomsman... ugh. I love him to pieces, but he's wierd.
Traditional gifts won't fly with him.

*i think we're getting them all black Chucks too*

Hook me up with some ideas ladies.

We are giving Hot Sauce, and cigars w/ a cutter and case.

We gave our guys monogramed duffel bags. I found bathrobes from LL Bean too but we thought the bags would be more useful.
How about cufflinks or pocketwatches?
Cufflinks are cool cuz they can all wear them on your wedding day!
Ok Im out..too much creativity in one day drains me...

one has a Zume thing and the other two have ipods. but that's a good suggestion.

none of them smoke so cigars and accesories are out.

I really like the duffel bag idea... but none of them work out, nor do any of them every go anywhere. so i don't think they'd get much use out of them.

and none of them ever wear a suit so cufflinks would never get used either.

i like the pocket watch idea. FH thinks they are too 'old manish' though.

why are boys so difficult?!

thanks for your response to my FM...

is a regular watch out of the question?

what about a digital picture frame? I've seen them in Target for like $75 as opposed to a gajillion dollars elsewhere.

Okay - i have a great catalog of random stuff at home - it's Lakewood Collection or something like that - i'll post the website around 5:00'ish...

What about a subscription to a magazine you know they love, subscription to Itunes, something like that? Netflix for a year(if you do the one at a time thing - totally affordable)...

We're probably going to do a swiss army knife/multitool for the groomsmen (and possibly for the bridesmaids too--they're so handy that I think everyone should have one!). I think they are also engraveable.

A good pocket tool is something that they can keep forever--just keep in mind anyone who is flying in and make sure you give them an envelope to mail it--they can't take that on the plane!

Really like this idea with the personalization...I have it easy since most are drinkers, but you know I do have an underage groomsman...LOL
