Help with hotels that have shuttle service?

hi everyone! FH and I are desperately looking around everywhere trying to find a hotel that provides shuttle service to and from our reception. The only hotel that offered this to us was the Four Points Sheraton in Plainview. Are there any others? Preferably in the Commack/Northport/Melville/Hauppauge area... but we're open to suggestions especially if it includes a shuttle!

thank u!

Depending on where you are getting married the hampton inn islandia offers a shuttle if you book 10 rooms in your block. It's a 9 passenger van that makes 2 trips to the venue and 2 trips back.

Use Klienfeld Hotel Block. Someone on here recommended them to me and it was a blessing! It's a free service. Google the name. You fill out a form and then they do all the work for you. You will receive a spreadsheet with hotels and their amenities. It was so easy and such a quick turnaround.

Help with hotels that have shuttle service?

I used Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks. I don't have many guests coming out of town and didn't want to search too hard, so they were perfect. It's absolutely free.

I discovered Hampton Inn in Commack offered a free shuttle, but they are a little far from my venue.

just a note about Kleinfelds room block service.. i used them and it was great. however when i called on my own the same day i got a rate that was 30.00 per room cheaper... so maybe after you see the options. call the hotels you like best yourself..

Help with hotels that have shuttle service?

Marriott on 110 offered us shuttle service, but they won't keep the bar open past 9PM if you are interested in having people gather after!

Help with hotels that have shuttle service?

thank you for all the info! I called the Marriott on 110 but they told me that they no longer offer shuttle service. I also tried Kleinfelds (and they were great and very prompt!), but they haven't found me a hotel that offers shuttle service to and from the reception. The Hampton Inn in Commack only offers shuttles for the airport or LIRR :(

I will definitely keep looking. but thank you girls for all your help!!

No fee, but I am doing what Okellies said and calling/going to the hotels myself to see their prices. I haven't signed a contact with Klienfeld yet. It's just good to have the prices.

Help with hotels that have shuttle service?

I booked the Marriott in Ronkonkoma, they offered free shuttle service back and forth and will also keep their bar open until 2am for an extra $100. They were great and easy to work with, not sure if that is too far from your venue though.
