help with jr BM and FG dresses

We have two little girls in the bridal party. One is 9 and is very tall and thin. The other will have just turned 3 when we get married. Today, I ordered the 9 year old's dress. Any suggestions for the little one's dress? I have a few ideas, but I am a little confused....
