I am ready to scream.. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? My Fiance' & his family are from out of town. They are going to stay out by the Meadow Club( reception) and come into Queens for the Chuch. My Fiance is insisting on US paying for his FAMILY's TRANSPORTATION Back and Forth. I just got a price of $995 for a party bus for his family and then $1100 plus tip & Tax for a Limobus ( 20 pass) for the wedding party. I still didn't get my Rolls yet.... I kow it sounds like I am being petty, but does anyone have any IDEAS on what I can do for less????

Does it have to be a limo/party bus?
I think if you rent out a coach bus it will be MUCH cheaper

It looks like there could be about 15-20 of them plus the Groomsmen.
I thought about the COACH bus, but is it tacky????

i am with the whole coach bus idea - that is what we were going to do before we found the hotel provided free transportation you might call the hampton jitney - i know they do charters - or even a school bus company - his family should really be paying their own transportation , but i dont think a charter is tacky at all - there is even one bus company - cant remember the name - that rents out a bus that looks like a trolly
