Ok so we sent out our invites a month ago and havent gotten back even a quarter of the RSVps-our RSVP date is the 16th of this month! I know some people mentioned they never got the invites-looks like that evil witch at the post office made them 'disappear'-probably never married and bitter old hag...but I digress...
What should we do? Do we wait till the 16th and then have to call all the non-responders? DO we send out new invites to the ones claiming the never got them? Since we have no extras, we would have to buy more-sighs- I need help guys!

Send the ones that claim never to have received them a new invite BUT do simple ones on your computer. No time to be fancy. if you can hand deliver them and call to tell them I am sending you another invite but can you give me your RSVP now. Ask your RH when is the final deadline to give in the amount of people you expect. That way you know how much time you have to call. Start with a few on Friday night, try those that you know are coming and it just slipped their minds to send the RSVP.

Thanks guys. I'll try that. We made our own invites anyway, but its just the idea of having to spend MORE money we dont really have now that so many other things are due-like the RH which takes cash only or cashier's check aka CASH! So stressed...
