Does anybody know the title and artist of the following lyrics....

'this is what it is, to be loved' it is a female artist and it is very pretty. I hear it so often but never the title or artist.

I am thinking it is from a Disney movie soundtrack for some reason. Not a cartoon, a 'real' movie :(
