I was trying to post a picture of a dress I needed help finding but it won't come up. Do I have to resize it?

you can still right click on the picture and get the properties...but if you want another way to resize pic is this way:
go to paint, open up the pic, go to view and click on stretch and skew...it will say 100% horizontal, 100% vertical...just make the percentage smaller...if its a real big pic and you cant even see it all on the screen make it 30%...other wise you can do 50-60%...then use save as to save the pic
