Help with Program Words for Deceased Parent

Can someone help me with a tasteful way to include my dad in my programs? He passed away four years ago and although I don't want to focus too much on it, I would like to acknowledge him in a small way.

I am still undecided about the memory candle - I don't want to be upset at my ceremony and I know he will be there in spirit without a candle to tell me that - so I can't say 'memory candle lit for Mr. Gxxx'

Did anyone do this? or have suggestions?

Hi Jenny - in July my Dad will be gone 4 years. I think on the programs, when you open them, they will say something like 'In Loving Memory of Kenneth _______ -My First Hero.' or Something like that.

I am not afraid of being upset at the ceremony b/c I am at peace with his death, but if you think that you will be upset, then word it delicately.
