Help with reception site!!
a few questions...So my fiance and I have looked at a bunch of places and with each one there seems to be something wrong, was that how it was for you guys? Did you settle for a place that had mostt of the things perfect and one small thing wrong? orrr did you wait until you found the 'perfect' place? Okay so we really liked jericho terrace except we are having a max of like 125 people and we werent crazy about their small room. So if anyone knows a place that would be similar? We really liked the decor and the amount of food included in the menu...which was a lot, also something that would work with our minimum....hope you guys can help!! thanks

What about Fox Hollow? The smaller rooms there are beautiful!

Re: Help with reception site!!
I agree Fox Hollow has a beautiful room for a smaller wedding. I am having a large wedding so we can't fit there. If it was a smaller wedding, the fox hollow would be near the top of the list!

Re: Help with reception site!!
if you're looking for something similar to jericho terrace i dont know if fox hollow is gonna be what you're looking for-its more of a woodsy feel if you ask me, where jericho terrace is more marble like..are you married to a sat night? im getting married at jericho terrace on a sat afternoon in the skylight room, and i only have a 125 guar.
but in terms of settling, i love jericho terrace, just not how theres more than one event at a time..but i was willing to deal with that because i loved the place so much

Re: Help with reception site!!
We were looking for around 100, and the sites i had found that would work for a wedding for 100-125 areThe Fox Hollow
The Riviera
Chateau Briand
Westbury Manor
Chateau La Mer
Swan Club
Coral House
Verdi's of Westbury
Leonards of Great Neck
Douglaston Manor for the upstairs room
George Washington Manor
I would also check the Milleridge Inn, I believe they have several rooms, they should be able to accommodate a wedding with 125

Re: Help with reception site!!
FH and I looked at a bunch of places and liked things at some noth everything though. As soon as we looked at our RH, we just felt 'this is it'. We liked a lot of other places, but we really didn't have anything bad to say about the one we chose. If you like the look and feel of JT...maybe Russo's, VYC, Crest Hollow or Leonard's would be a good fit? Keep looking if you aren't 100% happy. You shouldn't have to worry or stress about anything.
Good luck!

Re: Help with reception site!!
I would definitely check out Villa Lombardi's, it's the Suffolk equivalent of JT as far as I'm concerned, and their food is amazing, and you get a ton of it! I am having approx 125, and their small room is actually nicer than the large one IMO. Good luck!

Re: Help with reception site!!
As others have said, definitely check out Villa Lombardi's and Leonard's if you are looking for something similar to Jericho Terrace. I have been to weddings at both and from what I remember Villa Lombardi's offers more food but both were very nice.

Re: Help with reception site!!
def try Westbury Manor. I'm hoping not to exceed 125 as well and the garden room at Westbury Manor will hold about 140. The guarantee is 100.

you might want to check Larkfield Manor in East Northport. It's very pretty , the people are terrific and the food is outstanding and oodles of it.

Re: Help with reception site!!
I had my reception (95 guests) at Fox Hollow in the Winter Garden Pavilion and fell in love with the feel and over look of the room and hall. It was exactly what I was looking for without having to compromise. Much like your dress, you will know when you found the right RH.Keep looking - there are plenty of great places to have a small wedding.
