Help with Seating in Manor Room at Westbury Manor

I was recommended by the florist to have 10 people per table so I planned my seating accordingly, with 1-2 tables of 8. However, when I looked at the table plan there were only 18 tables and it was recommended for 12-14 people. So if I re-work my seating plan, I can make 3 tables of 14.

Does anyone know if tables of 14 are too tight? I am about to pull my hair out.

Im sour I was in the garden room. 12 people fit nicely.
