Help with Thank you Tag

My best friend is getting married in 9 days. She is finishing up her favors and has decided she wants to put a tag on them with some sort of a lil line. She's getting married 07-07-07 and has played into the whole lucky in love line. For her favors we handmade heart ornaments.

I came up with this and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or ideas or any improvements on this.

Lucky in love is how we will be,
Remember our thanks as this hangs on your tree.
