it looks extremely similar, but i looked closer at the dress and there are some difference, but i wonder if they are this similar if its the same designer.

Its definitely not Amsale, she rarely does beading..
Its not Monique Lhuillier either (I've done mega research on her gowns) or Vera.
I really think its Reem, her beading looks just like that.
I think the Jon and Kate dress was a Reem.

kate actually requested to take 2 dresses from 2 different designers and make it into 1 lol. So it was 2 designers she got the idea from and i do think reem was one of them, ive seen the episode and cant believe i dont remember. It was quite a request bc not even like it was 2 dress styles but 1 designer, i think it was 2 designers and take ideas from both dresses into one, so forgot who in the end made the dress but took inspiration from the other designer.
And actually i was looking before and saw this one amsale dress, and thought i found it but not sure if this is it, very very similar though
