Help with veil

Hey Ladies,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a seamstress or store that works with veils. I would love to wear my big sisters veil as my something borrowed and she has given permission to dye it to match my dress and get any bead work done that I would want, however I have no idea where to find anyone to do this and I am not crafty enough to do it myself! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
