Help with wedding colors....

Hi all,

Im getting married in November of 2012 and Im having a tough time deciding on colors for our wedding.

I was going for the Latte/Mocha for BM dresses, along with blush rose....trying to keep a romantic/vintage theme.

Do you think the colors are not appropriate for the season?

Does anyone have any color pallete suggestions?

I think those are gorgeous colors! Don't worry too much about going with the season--just go with what you love!

I think your ideas are fine. My color is purple (lapis from davids bridal) and my mom is wearing black/gray.

I think those colors sound beautiful. I am having a fall wedding and am not doing 'fall colors'. I think you can do any colors you want - I wouldn't worry about the season.

thanks for the advice.

I love the soft, pretty colors and im trying to make it fit the season but I really dont like the dark colors.

I just found a nice raspberry/sangria color but again thats dark.

I'm having a fall wedding and I certainly did not choose traditional, fall colors. Choose what you like best. I see no reason why season has to dictate

Im getting married in November and my girls are wearing dark brown dresses and Flowers are red with the dark pink orchids.

Im not a fan of the oranges and yellows so I stayed away from them.

I think that whatever you want is what you should go for. My wedding is in November and my colors are black, red and ivory. So its all about what colors you like and it doesn't have to be about the season.

This!!! I just went through this myself. I was worried that my colors wouldn't be appropriate for the season since I was also getting married at the beginning of the fall. I looked into fall colors, but I realized what I really wanted for my wedding, a vintage rustic theme, did not go with fall colors at all. So my colors are charcoal grey, ivory, pink and accents of purple. I LOVE that I went with this instead of seasonal colors. AND the girls on here really helped me out with that! HTH and go with what you love!!

I think those are gorgeous colors. Like someone else said, do what YOU want. Just because you're getting married in November, it doesn't mean you have to stick with 'fall/winter' colors.
