help with welcome letter
Im writing a welcome letter to put in our OOT bags. could you girls help me figure out how to end it? Is there anything i am leaving out? Over all what do you think of the letter? Thanks!!!
Dear Friends,
Welcome to Gina and Sergio’s wedding! We appreciate everyone taking the time to travel all the way to Long Island to celebrate with us. We hope you will have an opportunity to explore some of the near by attractions. NYC is only a short train ride away and the 20+ Long Island Vineyards are about and hour and a half drive east. And don’t forget about Roosevelt Field, one of the largest malls on the east coast!
For those of you staying at The Executive Inn, we have arranged a shuttle to take you to and from our wedding on Friday, March 28th. The shuttle will run from 6:30PM-7:15PM. For those of you in the Stock family, we have arranged for you to take an earlier shuttle from 5:45PM - 6:15 PM. This will allow us time to take a family photo. At the end of the evening, there will be a shuttle making runs to bring you back to the Executive Inn.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite anyone who would like, to join us Saturday, March 29th for a light lunch at our apartment in Long Beach. Directions from The Fox Hollow to our apartment are provided. Feel free to stop by anytime between 1:00PM and 4:00 PM.
