FH and I were invited to brunch on Sunday. It'll be about an hours drive so we cannot bring anything that'll spoil or need to be hot. What do you suggest?

A nice Quiche. It can be served room temperature, or they can heat it, for 10 minutes.

You can pack a cooler and problem solved, then you can bring anything cold.
Cheese spreads, crackers, spinach dip

you can always do a desert... cookies, cake, etc. Any of that won't go bad. What about bringing wine or champagne? Yum... Mimosas are always so good.

French toast casserole. Make it a day ahead & just pop in the oven when you get there. We had it at my friend's baby shower & it was the hit of the party,
