i would try looking at bcbg-they usually have really cute white dresses..you could also try betsy johnson
as for shoes, you could either try for some online, or you could look at steve madden-they usually have a lot of white shoes

A lot of stores just got tons of white dresses in. J Crew has a few cute ones. I had really good luck finding dresses at Lord & Taylor. And for white, of course try White House Black Market.

I second j-crew...there's also like marshalls and tjmax...they will have a whole bunch of designer dresses there and i am sure there will be a white strappy dress. ohh and macys!

I think you should go to the stores where you normally shop and where you love to get clothes from... almost any store will have the type of dress you are looking for. Good Luck!
