I want to make wands, but need help my colors are white on white, were do i get the plastic sticks? how do i attach the ribbons??

Not sure where to get the sticks from. I have seen someone attach the ribbons by drilling a hole in a wooden stick to put a metal ring on it and then tie the ribbons on it. HTH!
Hot glue gun, that is how I did mine, just started today....

They are a pain but I bought the following at different locations:
wooden dowels: fairly substantial wood less than 1/2 inch i think - packs of 12 @ ACMoore with 50% coupons 130+ dowels total. (they have thinner wooden dowels in packs of 50 but I was afraid they might snap and I have a lot of kids at my wedding so don't want anyone hurt while waving them around)
eye screws - 100 pack @ home depot, need more for 30-ish sticks but may just glue ribbon to sticks instead for those 30.
ribbon - 100s of yard to length of my liking purchased on ebay thus far for best price, pop of color ribbons - unsure where to get maybe joann/michaels/acmoore
bells - unsure
not difficult just tedious.

I agree and I used wire to tie ribbon around a wooden stick.
