I just posted this on BHB, any input is appreciated:

Hello Ladies,
I am scheduling my epics with Duet and am not sure what time of day to do them . . . how long do they usally take?

What kind of pics do you think we would get at 4 pm in September?

i think they only let you do them at 2 different times...like 9 am or 3 pm (i could be wrong but those were the 2 options they gave me)

ours took about an hour or so

Well, my photog wants to shoot our pics after 4pm since we are doing them on the beach b/c the lighting will be softer than before 4PM. Thats our reason.

Where are you planning on taking them?

Thanks! Right now the whole day is available, so I think we can have our pick. I just want to make sure the lighting is right and we get the pictures we want. Thank you!!

We haven't entirely decided on a spot, but probably at the beach . . . I'll have to look through everyones to find a place!

I think 4 pm sounds good . . .

oh really...she told me those were the only times they do but that might have been bc it was in the city (central park)...they wanted to avoid the morning rush/lunch time/and evening rush...maybe it doesnt matter if its not in the city

I'm doing mine at 6pm, hoping towards the end to get some sunset pics. I would think if your options are 9 or 3, you would get the same type of picture.

When are you doing yours? I just asked for 4 pm, so we will see. I wanted to get some sunset pics, but am nervous about scheduling them too late in the day.

We took our engagement photo's this week with Jay. It took an hour and a half - I'm no help on time because we took the at 6:30pm, we wanted the sun set at the beach - I guess it depends on the kind of lighting you want!
