Help..Addressing Save the Dates

I need to send out my save the dates by the end of the weekend. The problem is, I don't know how to address people who do not currently have a date. Some of these people we may be inviting with a guest to the wedding, and some we will not, i.e close family and friends....some of which are in the wedding. Should I just address the label to the person that we are having to the wedding??? For example, my friend just started dating someone, so do I put Jan Doe and guest on the save the date, or do I just address it to her? Some of these other people are close family, ie FI sister...how do I address them?

Please help, I need to get these sent out by this weekend!
