Help...Advise please

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone had any issues with Adrienne's in Islip? I purchased my dress in Feb of 2008 and my wedding is 5 weeks away and my dress is still not in!!! Every time I speak with someone they tell me they are putting in the ship date and it should be in within 2 weeks. Well when they first started saying that it was in March of 2009! I am now really stressed and frustrated. Anyone have any similar issues? Or advise to give me. I feel like I could cry!!!

I would suggest checking with the designer to make sure the order was put in and a dress is in fact on it's way.

i've heard of a few girls finding out more exact and truthful information that way.

sorry no experience with them but I might try asking to see the paperwork that shows the order was placed. . that way you can make sure they are doing it. . but I'm sure it will come in. . .

ITA...go down there in person, demand to speak to the manager, and ask to see the paperwork that proves that your order was actually placed. If you don't get anywhere tell them you are ordering your dress from somewhere else and cancel your order....get your deposit back by having your credit card company fight the battle for you!
