HELP....BM DRESS related

Girls...

I just realized that my girls may need shawls or scarves for when they go under the chuppah. I dont think their shoulders can be open.

I am not sure if this is mandatory..what do you all think??

If it is, I need navy blue silk sateen scarves ASAP

ETA: i just saw how they are pretty expensive... but maybe you can get the regular pashmina.. they can def be out on their shoulders.

Are you covering your shoulders? The rabbi will be concerned about you, not your BMs.

Call your rabbi and ask him if you're worries. Some rabbis prefer that the girls cover their shoulders, but others don't. Some rabbis want the bride to have their shoulders covers; others say that the veil is enough.

Unless you have an orthodox or strict conservative rabbi, he probably will not care what your BMs are wearing. They are not part of the service. Plus, most rabbis, even if they ask you to cover your shoulders, will not turn you away the day of if you don't have them covered.

You should ask your Rabbi he will let u know what he prefers
