Helpful video if you decide to do all or part of your own flowers
I found this how to video and I thought I would share. I know most of you are not doing your flowers yourself but I posted it in case it could help anyone. I will be doing a test and I will post pictures if it works for me. http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/video_guide?videoid=96082
In case you need a place to order wholesale flowers from you can try the link below. They have a flower stripping service so you will not have to remove thorns and leaves. This is very helpful because all you will have to do is put it together.

Thanks for the video, I'm going to watch that, although I pretty much know what I'm doing at this point. However, I have read TERRIBLE reviews of Online Wholesale Flowers.com on The Knot. Such as, flowers showing up days late--which is not a good thing with a wedding, you need your flowers to show up on a specific day so you have time to prepare them for the wedding, usually two days beforehand. I read one review, which might even have been on LIW, where the flowers showed up on the day of the wedding, but the bride had to go out and buy hundreds of roses at local stores the day before because she had no idea if her flowers would show up, and even though they did, who has time to prepare them the day of the wedding? And I've read other bad things like squashed flowers, ones tthat didn't open, wrong flowers, wrong colors. Don't think I'm a florist, go search on the Knot yourself. I did, and I ordered my flowers from 2G Roses, freshroses.com. I haven't read a single bad review of them. There are other good companies out there, I believe, like ProFlowers, Grower's Box, etc., but they're more money, or require you to buy packages, none of which worked for me. I know ProFlowers has packages where you get your bouquets, bouts, and CPs already made, and I believe it's cheaper than a regular florist. it's just, well, a package, and you have to make your wedding fit it, rather than the other way around. Costco does packages too.

I don't think you are a florist. I know you are only trying to help me so thanks for the heads up. Have you heard anything about www.flowersandfreshness.com ? Did the place you ordered from offer stripping service?
