Help........I have crows feet around my eyes and I am only 30!

Ok, so I put my lipstick on this morning and get a little to close to the mirror. I notice that when I smile I have crows feet--AGH...............................................................Does anyone have any good lotion/rituals/remedies that they use for this sensitive area. Quick! I only have 1 month left and I cannot afford Botox!

I don't know if this will help and its a little yucky but I was told always to put vasline Lightly!! around your eyes to reduce wrinkles. I have been doing it for a while now and I don't see the fine lines that were around my eyes! I am kind of doing it as a preventative!

Perhaps you cannot afford Botox but that is why many hospitals especially in NYC do not charge for this injection if you go to the Dermatology Department.

Yeah, I call them laugh lines. anyway, pick up those antiwrinkle creams for the eyes, they won't get rid of them, but may soften up the skin around the area and prevent more.

Well for over the counter remedies, I suggest Olay's Eye Regenrates (sp?) cream, my mom has been using it for about two months now and you can see a difference.

First, we don't call them crow's feet if they only happen when you smile. We call them laugh lines. Clinque has a couple of eye creams that works really great. I also just got Neutrogena Radiance boost Eye Cream. It seems to work okay.

I'm almost 29 and I have the same problem I've been using Clinique's All About Eyes 2x a day for a little over a year now and it seems to be helping and it also brightens the eye area by eliminating dark under-eye circles. I also use Clinique's line smoothing under-eye concealer and like it very much.

At night.....you can put a little bit of

Jamaican Choice cocoa Butter....

i purchased it in a Pathmark supermarket. It is black and gold. I too have marks and I am trying to use this to fade it. It says it is good for dry skin and wrinkles..crows feet and stretch marks...It also moistorizes your skin while you keep a golden tan. & it also smells like HEAVEN!!!

Ditto that..
im 28 use Clinique's All about the eyes 2x a day for a while... then moved to using that only nightly and the Daily eye cream in the mornings (also Clinique).

The dark purplish circles under my eyes have cleared up a bit.. noticible to me anyway.. and it makes the area so soft. I use it under my eyes, on the sides and even my lids.

I use L'Occitane Shea Butter. It seems expensive, but it lasts forever. I'm a few years older than you and I don't have those lines (yet - knock wood). It's great for moisturing everywhere. It's a little heavy though so I wouldn't recommend it during the day - I use it before I go to sleep at night.

i feel a little bit better knowing that i'm not the only one! I am trying one by L'oreal, but next time I want to try the one by Oil of Olay.

OH MY GOD!!! I can't even tell you how obsessed i have become at counting the lines and wrinkles that I swear appeared OVERNIGHT when I turned 29 - they couldn't even contain themselves just one more year! My medicine cabinet has been inundated with hundreds of dollars worth of cremes I can't afford and that don't work. FH thinks I am nuts and I stopped disagreeing.

I'm just glad there are others w/in my age range on here ... I was beginning to think I was the only one over 30! I'm 31, and I have those nasty little lines too. Unfortunately, my skin care 'regime' consists of dove soap and water. I may try some of the things you all mentioned though. I've heard good things about All about Eyes.
