I am starting my fittings next month and need to decide if I want my dress with or without the straps...please let me know what you think.

I think it would look fine either way, but I agree that the straps complete the dress. Are you having an up-do?

Definitely with the straps-they are sexy. But also, I think the dress without them might be uncomfortable to dance in ,etc.. after a while.

If it can be done without altering the bustline - DEFINITELY WITHOUT! Here is a beautiful example of that sort of bustline without straps. Hubbba, hubba :D

Personally I like the straps...In fact I addad straps to my dress..I wanted to 'feel' more secure..even though they told me the dress wouldn't fall...I still wanted to add them on...I say keep them

Thanks for posting that picture Sonicstef. Here is my exact dress without the straps.
definately with straps..this way you wont have to alter the neckline of the gown. it looks awkward to turn that neckline strapless..I think the gown looks more elegant too with the straps

Interchangeable would be ideal, but if not, go for the strapless- it makes the dress sexier and even more unique looking.
