HELP...OPINIONS PLEASE!!!

Ok, I my cousin's wedding in Minnesota Friday June 27th, and then FH's cousin's wedding in NJ on Sat. June 28th....

We are strapped for cash, but I want to go to both :(

Do I spend the extra money on a fare that comes back on Sat. morning??? (the fares are high b/c I am not staying a Sat. night) to make his cousin's wedding or stay in Minnesota and spend time with my extended family that I don't see often.

(FH does not mind if I don't come to his cousin's)

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Unless you can totally afford to pay for an overpriced airline ticket STAY!! It will be so hectic to get back and make it to the Sat. night wedding anyway. You'll probably want to pass out halfway through the night. You might enjoy the time with you family.

that's a tough one.
If you stay in MN, just make sure they are going to be available to hang out with you! You don't want to stay, and then find out they have plans! (it's happened to me before )
IMO- if you can hang with your family that you don't see, I'd do it.
Also- that's great that your FI is so supportive

I think the easiest solution is for you to go to MN and FH to go to NJ...

but don't assume that prices are that bad...I went to a wedding in Atlanta and from landing to taking off...I was there for 36 hours...it was under $200 AND that was before the prices went down...

it doesn't hurt checking out different prices...

Thanks....I decided to stay in MN and got a fare for $189.00!!!!!!

how much more is it?? if you want to make it to both then just go for it - its (hopefully) the only time she will ever be married so splruge if you need to~~!
