Does anyone know the name of the beauty school type place on Hempstead Tpke? It is in Levittown I believe, near the Super Stop & Shop and Target.
Also has anyone ever been there? I was thinking of going there for waxing.

It's either this one: LI Nail & Skin Institute or this one: LIBS. I've never been to either one but I've passed them both. Hope that helps.

Thanks!!! I went today for a wax and they were great. It was so relaxing. Plus I can't believe how cheap it was. I would definately recommend it!

When I was younger I think maybe even in High school I was in a friends wedding. We went there the moring of the wedding to get our hairdone. It was the best 'updo' Ive ever had in my LIFE!

They must have moved locations- when I lived in Levittown it was in the same shopping center as Dortoni. I had several haircuts there- they were all very good and you couldn't beat the price.

They are on Hempstead Tpke closer to the Target on the opposite side of the street. It is so nice inside, like a spa. I am going to go back in two weeks for a facial. It was $4 for an eyebrow wax and $4 for a lip wax. The girls were so nice & friendly.

I went once, but I got there before they were open. I will have to go back now!! Any idea what their hours are??
I went to the other place, near Tri-County, for a manicure & facial and it was AWFUL!!!
