Marie- it's much easier to post a pic if you right click on the pic you want to post, select Properties and copy the image URL. Then in your post, go to insert web image, and paste the URL in the box. I see you're posting as an attachment which is always a PITA...
then again you could have the same problem I have at work- I can't use the image shortcut!
