Not trying to ruin anyone's reputation but there is a thread on the 2011 board about how **HER** is not giving great customer service .. Just a heads up to you ladies ...
'Her' invitation samples are just beautiful! But I don't think the beauty outways the dependability or attitude! She is not cheap either.
So sorry to all those girls that have had to deal with these problems.

I am working with HER and although the process has been slow (which I am fine with since I have plenty of time!) I have not had any problems and she dealt with me changing the design a million times!
I am a big believer in that you can not assume anything is right and have to check everything. Mistakes happen.
Of course no vendor should be rude to a customer (or potential customer) but a contract is a contract. If the contract says no changes after a certain date....well then that is the contract! I mean if it was me I would want to make sure that everyone I work with is happy and probably would send the new invites but by no means would she be required.

agreed....no need for a vendor to be rude (or else they get a bad rep) but if its clearly in the contract then there's nothing you can do.
I'm glad I'm doing invites through family...this is one check I have no idea where to begin!! lol
