You know, I had the same probalem with no one really dancing, I felt that no one was having a good time. Our wedding was 12:30 - 5:30 on Saturday. It was in an outdoor tent, so maybe people thought it was to bright for them, I don't know. But it made feel good that a lot of people commented on how personal and detailed everything was.
