Here I go again!!!!

FH had zeppoles yesterday and a bacon cheeseburger

i had grilled salmon, grilled veggies and 1/2 a grapefruit!!!

Wow you should be so proud of youself. I would be eating the cheeseburger with a milkshake. you are one hot bride!!!

ok i did cardio for 35 minutes - took a shower and now im back!!

so glad i did it; but it was torture!!!

thanks kim, i have NEVER been this motivated before, but i really want to look good for the big day and for my cousin's wedding

i dont see any results yet - its been just about a month since i started but i have to keep going!!

I did lose 4 lbs. though

Don't give up, its takes some time to start seeing results. 4 pounds is great, congrats The hardest part is the beginning when you dont see any results. Once you start losing it will give you even more motivation
