I got one that one with a name, nothing checked, but a footnote:
'I am very sick'

Had to get FMIL to call this one, apparently they meant the husband is ill and so they both wont be coming to the wedding...

hmmm.... I didn't get my invitations yet so I haven't been able to send 'em all out. But now I'm thinking......

should I just put their names on the RSVP for them? I'm wondering if that would just save me some aggravation, since people apparently don't understand that we're not capable of determining who it is just by their handwriting.

... people are sooo weird sometimes.

for the name problem... you could try the numbering trick... write a corresponding number to the list you have onthe back of the rsvp card?
