Gorgeous! 2 family right?

Good Luck with it!

That house is a one family..

oh, my aunt has one almost exact & my cousin has her own place downstairs (sep entrance & all, from the yard and its a big apt too!)

Hi ranches can be mother/daughters but from what I've seen it's usually a single family

It's beautiful and huge BTW!!!

What a gorgeous home !! Lots of luck Heather!
Wishing you many happy years in it !

Jenn, I think you can make an apt in just about ANY house right?
But it def looks like a one family.

Heather,
wanted to add, lucky you to live on a dead end! no traffic and totally safe for the kids to play!!

Thanks Girls

It's in Seaford by the canals. And has an amazing waterview

Its a single family home. Hi Ranch with 10 rooms.

As soon as we saw it we fell in love with it and knew it was 'The One!'

ETA The dead end was an added bonus, especially with the boys
