Here is a silly question

I am in the plannig phases like most of us and am going to check out places in July. My question is all of the centerpieces I am looking at our so beautiful and I am wondering does the reception hall set these up for you.

In other words if I make my own centerpieces which I think I will, how do I go about making sure the table looks exactly the way I want it to.

I think I am going to use a lot of candles. I am assuming they would like those. But do they set up the rest of the centerpieces

AND how far in advance if they do set that stuff up for you when do you bring it to them.

I was wondering about this

Most people have their centerpieces set up by a florist. If you want to design your own, perhaps either a trusted friend or a hired day-of coordinator could do the set up for you.
