HERE IT IS!!!! MY 1,000th POST!!!!!!

First, want to say thanks to all you great girls, for keeping the 06 board fun and informative. I'll repeat what I said the other day, we will never all agree but I hope we can, at the end of the day, keep the fun coming and the drama down in the next year. And therefore, I'm proud to be naive! All of you are awesome and I can't wait to spend the next year (almost one year to go!) discussing this very important day!

What' I've learned in a 1000 posts....

10. That no one will ever understand you like a fellow bride!
9. That LIWeddings is fun yet extremely addictive
8. That work doesn't matter anymore, it's all about THE WEDDING
7. That I'll change my mind about flowers 1,000 times
6. That my FH, Vendors, and other Non-Wedding people will think I am nuts when I say 'FM' when I mean 'Email'
5. That the 'thread' will become my lifeline and my way of influencing what I want (wink, wink kissy)
4. That the 06'ers ROCK!
3. That being engaged is fun....but truly stressful.....
2. That I will talk to people about gals on the site as if they are my best friends from 2nd grade!
1. That no matter how many times I say I am going to shut off LIWeddings, I keep on coming back.

I must say your speech is very touching & very thoughtful! I have to agree with all top 10 of your what you have learned...

#5 is my favorite & I am right behind you on this!!!!

I am so glad that we met on this site!!! You have truthfully been such a help with decisions & being able to vent to you!!!! Can't wait to meet you again on saturday

Oh yes FH will think you are nuts!!! My FH thought I was crazy when he saw the earrings I won!!! He tells me I am 'too addicted!'

Congratulations Lisa! I agree with all of them, but especially #2. I talk about you guys all the time as if I know you. the only one I know is Cindy (cmastro) and I haven't seen her since 8th grade! I hope that we continue to grow as friends and remain supportive, respectful and truthful to one another.

Here, here! I think we have the best board ever. I think we are a great group and we'll have a great year and half together. I only know 2-3 of you personally, but I feel like I know all of you. I can't make the upcoming GTG, but I def. hope to meet you all in the future. Without you ladies, I think I'd truly go insane.
