Here's my flower ideas- what do you think?

Okay no doubt about it, I want this for my bouquet.



I sorta like this color combo for BP....but do you think it needs white because it is soooo completely different from my bo-k? I like the dark pink- since my colors are navy/white with some silver...it might be good to off-set it a little bit. And I like the brightness with the dark of the navy...

Do you think I can go with this or does it need more white to complement my bo-K?




Here's what I'm thinking for CP, though I'm not sure I LOVE it. I know that Burton's could give me a ton of ideas once I get there. They already have me thinking in a different direction than I originally wanted to go in so that's good!

I think they look great. I love the bride's bouquet, and I think the BP ones are great, too. I don't think they need white at all. And I like the CPs. Just be careful that you get real blue flowers like hydrangea and delphinium. Dyed flowers can look cheesy, no matter what they tell you, especially blue ones.

I'm also a navy bride, but I decided to stay away from blue flowers except my MOH is carrying 'Bluebird' roses--which are really lavender, not blue anyway. My other colors are pale yellow (buttercream) and ivory, so the BP are carrying (hopefully) pale yellow roses (I have a fear they're going to be bright yellow on the day), and my bouquet is all ivory Vendela roses, with some lily of the valley mixed in (my MOH has lily of the valley too.) My centerpieces are all white roses.

Yeah I remember John at Burton's mentioning delphinium- he had suggested the kind of bo-k I posted above and I was amazed one day going through pics on LIW to find the very pic of what he suggested! That totally convinced me that I had to have that bo-k!

Now as far as the BP flowers- are you able to tell what flowers are in there besides roses? I figure there's delphinium- but what else do you see there?

And I guess in the CP there's delphinium- no? (besides roses and callas of course)

And don't worry about your bo-k and your BM bo-k. Mine looks nothing like my BM. Mine is blush and white mini calla lillies and my BM are fall colored roses (red, black magic, orange and peach with berries throughout)

Since my BM dresses are blue (it's called cornflower, but it's like a brighter, darker version of Tiffany blue), he is making bouquets with purples and bright pinks using roses, callas and statice.

Isn't it a great feeling when you find the bo-k you want to have???

Oh wow, isn't your bouquet you just described exactly like the one I posted? Cuz those are the exact flowers John had recommended to me too!

He also suggested purples too for the BP...but I'm thinking i want a bright, summery color in there since everything else is so dark....
