the dress my mom wants for the wedding is in my album, its the one i said was champagne the only color it comes in.. my dress is lt. ivory, the gown in my album is diamond white, the store sample, but i decided if thats what she wants i'll let her have it. i dont know how to put pics up in post sorry.

at first i was a little upset that my mom was getting this color dress, but if it makes her happy then its fine with me, its just not what i had in mind. but shes wearing it.

Your mother's dress is very nice. Don't worry about the color. I've seen lots of MOB wear light shades. Remember no one will ever take away from you.

When I was looking at MOB dresses the sales woman actually told me that Champagne and Ivory were the two most common colors for a MOB dress. I was kinda shocked by that at first too.
However, I saw a wedding show (forgot which one) and the MOB was in a light champagne and it looked amazing..and it really didn't take away from the bride at all.
I love my mommy, and I want her to shineee at my wedding hehe..so it wouldn't really bother me.
I think you'll be fine!!! It's a BEAUTIFUL dress!!!
