Re: Hermit Crab

My brother always had one growing up. I remember when Chris the hermit crab died on afternoon and my brother, who was 10 at the time, was sobbing and my sister and I held funeral services on the side of the house and made Chris a nice little tombstone. Then Priscilla and Mortimer joined our family later on, and they used to give me birthday cards (in my mother's handwriting). Your post just brought back funny memories!
