This is hilarious. Just have the guts and say something to him directly.
If you bring it to HR... you will be labled as a nag.
i know no one goes to hr from here over things. to be honest i'm afraid my boss is going to say that it's not a big deal that he does that. i think that way because i feel he gets some sort of extra special treatment b/c he's the only guy on our staff. hard to explain, i just think nothing would be done and i'll look like i'm being a b!tch.

Frankly... i don't see what the big deal is with it either. He is doing it in his own cube... its not like its in front of you or the shards of nail are jumping over the cube wall.
But everyone is entitled to their own opinion. With that said... If you bring this up to HR... it probably will be frowned upon. This is why I said to bring it up to him directly since its what he is doing that is bothering you. Don't bother HR with stuff that they may think is petty.

Well I complained today. Not about the nail clipping but other things and basically ended up defending myself over things.
F that.
I hate my boss sometimes.
Guess I'll have to suck it up with the clip clip clip because I feel like if I compliain, I'm the Big B!tch.
